Bogie’s Cancels Live Entertainment

Courtesy note to So Cal SANDBOX fans. Bogie’s in Westlake Village, CA will no longer have live bands. Our last show in FEB was SANDBOX’s last appearance there. We are disappointed with the new direction of ALL DJ all the time and hope they reverse the decision at some point. Until then we are working on other opportunities for you to see the act. Thanks!

Sandbox in 2011

Sandbox will be appearing once a month every month in 2011 at Bogie’s in Westlake Village. Occasionally the band will show up at a casino and do a date. We will keep you posted on that.

In other news SANDBOX will be doing a very special show at Romano’s Concert Lounge in Riverside. The band will get to jam out as they do a rock set and a dance set and this is how the band likes to perform, guns blazing! So save the date of Saturday March 12th, 2011 for a rowdy night of THE BOX in RIverside, CA! See calendar for more info.

BTW, this venue has hosted DSB several times and the band loves the joint. Come on out!

Thanks for stopping by the new site! We’ll be updating it more often and the calendar now has more info than ever!Though the band’s alter ego Don’t Stop Believin’ has exploded in popularity, we have every intention to keep SANDBOX going. We may not do as many shows as in the past, but we’ll still be playing select dates and locations.
